Comfortable stay. All staff were helpful The only issue is there is a lot of steps at the zoo entrance area and step hills to enter if you struggle with this if you don't drive

Lovely apartment, needed to use washing machine/dryer & parking on site was useful. We stayed on ground floor that was also the entry to reception so was noisy with people using the same entrance in front of our door at night. The staff were very helpful and I loved having a refillable water glass with their filtered tap water. The refrigerator was great, as well as the bed.
