"Excellent experience at this property! The only thing I wasn't aware of was that it wasn't staffed 24/7. Luckily I was arriving before 8 PM when the lobby closed, and I believe there were other methods for checking in, but I wish that would have been Made more clear upon booking. Otherwise, zero complaints.! "

"This townhouse was just what we needed for a few days to relax! It has the quintessential lake feel! The beds were comfy and the house was clean. The owner was quick with any questions we had. The rear porch was private even with neighbors on both sides. We spent most of our time just sitting out back! We will definitely be back!"

"Host was great! Home was very nice and clean. Lake views were amazing. Blackstone worked well for cooking for our large group. Lake Martin is a beautiful lake. Rented a pontoon from Skiers Marine and they were great too. We had them deliver to the house dock and that worked great. Very enjoyable time!!"

"Porch and doors could be cleaner "

"Some confusion because the site stated 188 - 375 for 2 nights - All fees included. Then I was billed 420.92. "

"Check in was super easy. It doesn’t look inviting from the street level, but the backyard, dock and curb appeal from the boat, including the deck chair area by the lake is very nice. The amenities gave us plenty to do on a rainy day with pool table and cornhole (under covered deck). The central location and short drive back to Auburn were great as well. "

"Property grounds and location are AMAZING. House is on the smaller side, especially if sharing with a separate family (no bathroom in upstairs loft area), but if you plan to be outdoors all day (and you should!), it really doesn’t matter. Host was super responsive. Overall, a great trip. "

"The house was great for our two families with kids ranging from 2-9. The bunk room with the loft was great for the kids. The access to the lake was easy and convenient. Our 22’ boat was easily able to be tied off to the dock. The kids really enjoyed jumping off and swimming off the dock."

"Lake Martin was wonderful!! This house was perfect for a vacation with friends. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We rented a pontoon to enjoy the lake. It was a great experience!! The host responded promptly to any needs and made our stay super easy. "

"This property was super clean, very quiet, and comfortable. It isn't fancy, but it had everything we needed. We drank coffee on the pier, watched the birds, and even caught a few fish. And, since we were there to visit our kids at school, it was great that Auburn is just 25 minutes away. We'd certainly stay here again."

"The condo was really clean and updated. Easy parking and close to downtown. The only negative would be the loud train that frequently passes by. "
