Room was clean and modern shower was really good. There is a lack of storage space and no where to hand clothing some hangers would be welcome. All stsff were pleasant and helpful. We will be booking a stay there again "

"Our “room” was a small apartment set over two floors. Very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a few nights. WiFi was good. Nice art on the walls. Plenty of parking. And convenient location for touring around snowdonia and north wales. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfasts included. Thankyou for everything"

"The lodge rooms are superbly quiet with absolutely no road noise although friends staying in the main hotel were disturbed by traffic noise. Lodges are freshly decorated with great bathrooms and excellent daily housekeeping The continental breakfast had a good selection of fruit and yoghurt. The hot food was cooked to order which I much prefer to buffets. The full Welsh breakfast was quite a meagre portion with poor quality sausage, although the other choices such as poached eggs on brioche...
