"Excellent staff, nothing was too much for them. They were always available if anything was needed and they were very friendly. However, concerning the room, there were lots of hair in shower & bathroom upon check in. Also on the bed sheets. Floor needs to be cleaned in both bathroom & bedroom, regularly. "We were very happy with our stay. When we booked it worked out cheaper than your standard travel lodge/premier inn so we where worried the images online wouldn’t match the experience but we where wrong! "Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."
