"We had a large group of friends and families (15 adults) staying here for the new years. The main upstairs area was very spacious and comfortable and we spent the majority of time there. There was lots of additional space in the basement but didn't end up using it. The pool table in the basement was not functional (missing felt, bumpers were not secured and it was not level) so that was unfortunate as a good portion of its enjoy playing pool and that was a selling feature. "We visited PEC for our annual Christmas get together with our 3 girls and their families. There were 8 adults and 5 children. Sleeping accommodations worked out well as one of the children slept in a travel crib in his parent’s room. The place was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a big hit! Scott, our host, was second to none. He was always very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Thank you for hosting us at your property. Debbie "

"Beautiful, very roomy home BUT Principal Bedroom Queen bed was very hard! I recommend that the host provide a thick bed sponge if customers prefer a softer bed. "
