"Beautiful property - the room, lobby, and rooftop pool/bar were all very nice. Some of the staff could have been a bit more accommodating. Got refused when we asked to have a broken umbrella switched out on a sunny afternoon or to grab a water from the lobby bar which seemed like reasonable requests. "

I was debating whether or not to get the breakfast and I am so glad that I did. The receptionists spoke perfect English, which was a big help.
