"Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful."

"Room for the first night, the heating was not working and a draft coming into the room from the window. Got moved into a different room for the remainder of the stay but the heating still didn’t work. That along with the lift not working from the first floor causing us to carry luggage up each day. Staff were great, but the overall experience of the stay left a lot to be desired. "
