"Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. "We had a wonderful stay at The Dolfor Inn. The room was just beautiful, packed with original features and the bed was super comfortable. We had an evening meal and breakfast the following morning which were both absolutely delicious. Our hosts were fantastic company and obviously love what they do with the attention to detail and service. We had a lovely drink with them Friday night, lots of laughs and great company. We will definitely be back A++++"

"The inn brought me home to Wales and was a shelter from a storm within a warm community. Dai will go above and beyond to care for his own and strangers. "What an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! "A very informal AirBNB in enormous family home. Hosts were very friendly, informal and keen to help. Full Breakfast was fabulous - I haven't seen a Hostess Trolley since 1983 and the croissant and granola yoghurt were lovely! Bed was very cosy and view from window stunning. Short walk or drive up to the rocks. On the negative side, en suite shower/loo/sink is very small and some of its finishes could be quite a bit better. Renovation is obviously still a work in progress, especially outside....

"Lovely 2 night stay in this nice Welsh town. Was Warmley greeted by the hotel staff and felt welcome straight away. Was checked in and in my room within 5 minutes. The room was a good size with a double bed , clean and modern bathroom and a large flat screen T.V. "
