"We only stayed for one night as a family of 6. Mick was there to welcome us as we arrived. Our suite was lovely clean and looked cosy. The rooms had lovely views across the river. There is a lot of noise from the river which is slightly lessoned by shutting the windows, but i found it soothing and its easy to tune out. "Fabulous hotel with wonderful William Morris wallpaper and tasteful decor. Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over. An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
