  • Stunning Georgian era home located in the picturesque countryside of Llanbedr within Snowdonia National Park, Cae Nest Hall is a charming 15th-century Welsh manor house showcasing classic Georgian architecture. The property features thick stone walls, cozy window seats, grand fireplaces, and a graceful wide-turn staircase, all contributing to its unique character.

    The house includes 8 bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining area, and a kitchen, providing a comfortable and spacious retreat for guests. While the Wi-Fi network may be inconsistent in some areas, the property serves as an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

    Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do, including walks, fishing, mountain biking, and sailing. The area also offers opportunities to visit a historic castle and beautiful blue beaches. Charming pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, and a small village shop is nearby. Ample parking space is available on the property.

    To reach Cae Nest Hall, take the A496 from Barmouth towards Harlech and follow the directions to the property. Please note that some parts of the road leading to the property are narrow and not paved, especially the route from Pen-sarn.

There was a large group of us travelling so Cae Nest Hall was an ideal location and property to use as our centre. The kitchen and large dining area became our focal place, the rest of the house gave us plenty of areas for other meet ups and activities. I certainly recommend this place to you if you're travelling as a large group.

May Half Term Holiday

We are a bunch of ex educators who once worked together and since going our separate ways we come together for an occasional holiday. Cae Nest hall Ideally suited our group of nine people. with plenty to do in the local area.

Spacious and Peaceful

We visited for a week with a family of 5 adults and 3 children. The house was spacious, all bedrooms en-suite and the kitchen modern and well equipped. Great area for local attractions such as slate mines and Harlech castle, and amazing beaches on the doorstep (Llandanwg was lovely). Any questions were quickly answered by the host and the house suited our needs. It was very cold and would be great if all fires could be lit / central heating was on low. Also, there was no TV but the kids didn’t mind too much. Thank you.
