"Well located just a couple of miles outside Caernarfon. Only 10 minutes drive from an excellent riding stables, 20 minutes from the wonderful Dinas Dinlle beach. Pub about a mile away in Bontnewydd with some decent pub meals. Plenty of parking space at the location. Very peaceful with a comfortable outside seating space. Well equipped kitchen - only a small freezer compartment in the fridge which was absolutely fine for us but would not be suitable for anyone hoping to bring a lot of frozen food...

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! "Had a lovely romantic getaway. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym all literally 10 metres away from the room. Also a great little games room with pool, air hockey, video games, table tennis and much more all free of charge, again opposite the room. Lots of friendly farm animals that you can visit as often as you wish, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be returning."

17. The Towers - Llyn

Criccieth

"Excellent position right on the sea front at Criccieth and we found it easy to find a place to park on the road in front. The exterior of the building is not in the best state. Inside the apartment was clean and bright with stunning sea views from both the living area and bedroom windows. Provisions were basic and we were only provided with one bath towel each for a 5 night stay, which is not enough. Unfortunately, we were disturbed by long periods of noise and heavy footsteps from people...

"It was clean and tidy and decent kitchen facilities, there was no coffee table or table to eat at so we had to eat on our laps which was not ideal. The garden could do with a gate as it's on the main road to Pwllheli - we could not let our dogs out. The garden was chipping pretty much and surrounded by a caravan motorhome storage , no plants and pretty uninviting so we never used it even though the weather was good - the garden could do with some plants. The bedroom had a blind and the light...
