"My family stayed in this condo while attending a week long event held at Mineral Hills Resort. It was the perfect location. The condo was the perfect distance from the venue. "When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. "Carolyn was so amazing with her directions on how to park and check in. The apartment had everything as advertised. The ambiance was very private and peaceful. Walking distance to the town and pier. I would definitely stay again."

"Cozy, well appointed home with dock and outdoor seating area. Host was very responsive. The house is located on a quiet cove in a no wake zone. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"The check in progress was very smooth and easy. The location was close to new york and a lot of good restaurants which was very appricated the only thing i would say is that the place didn't have the best air conditioning and we were forceed to sleep in the living room but that wasn't the problem for our group but overall expirence was very good"
