"We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. There was a Starbucks and a beach within a super quick walk - what else can you ask for?Jeanne, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very fast in her responses. We would definitely stay...

"We usually stay in Aptos but found this location so central to everything and so nice to take short walk to beach! Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. There were a few issues - but Michelle responded immediately to the issues. All in all a great experience - everyone commented the beds were comfortable!"

"We enjoyed the close proximity and access to the beach, but hanging out on the deck was the highlight. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The mermaid counting challenge was a fun little activity for the girls. The Chardonnay was a nice surprise. Thank you. "

"Check in was the easy and zero hassle. The home is as pictured. It’s most comfortable and absolutely delightful. Its charm is like a story book. There were puzzles, a few games and BOOKS! The home is well equipped with everything you need. The location is beyond perfect to the beach, the wharf, and the boardwalk. There are so many cute shops nearby. The communication is beyond the amazing. We had the best time to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. We will happily stay again!. "

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"The pictures don't do the house justice. This place felt more like a home than most rentals. Home is well equipped, comfortable, labels everywhere so you know how things work, and the security at the entrance was amazing! Lisa is a fantastic and I hope to stay here again!"

"Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay."

"This house is so cute! And right on the water! We’re so glad we brought binoculars because we could see the whales from the window, which really got us excited for our whale watch. House had all the amenities, and heaters for when it’s chilly. If you plan on going down to the water, you better be ready for a glute workout because there are over 100 stairs to the beach. There are two parking spaces, but if you have an SUV, you will need to take both spaces on diagonal. My only complaint is that...

"Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) "
