"Perfect spot. Dog friendly which is a huge plus. Beach was as private as it gets, hardly any people and super clean. Picture perfect sunsets every night. Hard to find anything to complain about. Wish it was more affordable but what can you do. "

"The view of the lake from this property was amazing. The old, cottage feel was charming and reminiscent of ages past. Our cottage was well stocked and very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely return here for future get aways. Our guest from Arizona was so impressed with the beauty and charm of staying so near to Lake Michigan. Thank you to our host, Jay!"

"Great location and a clean unit. There's no need to deal with congested downtown parking when this unit is only a block away! The unti had everything we needed for our family of 4 to enjoy an extended weekend at the beach."

"Super cute and clean and plenty large enough for two people. Good location but I wouldn’t say it’s super walkable. Street parking was a breeze too even on a summer weekend. Would stay again!"

"This is absolutely the perfect place for a family to stay! We had all ages and there was something for everyone to do. The house had everything we needed and more. Location of house is just perfect, close to stores and tourist things! Highly recommend staying here. "

"Our family of 18, consisting of three generations, ages 5 to 70, stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend. The house was amazing - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, activities and games for all of us. We practically spent every waking hour in the pool - and hot tub. We had a blast! We cooked and ate every meal in the gorgeous kitchen. "Check in was super easy. The property descriptions were perfect and we had no problems settling in. There was a lot of room in the upstairs sleeping quarters, and we all felt comfortable. "We had plenty of room for 20 people, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Dave stopped in to say hello to our crew on the first day. He made himself very available for any question or concern. There were so many extra touches at this location that made it special to us. "
