"Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. This was after an exhausting day and just wanting to go to sleep. The company took $50 off for the inconvenience...whoopty doo! If everything...

"Super easy to reach our host with any questions. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping. So many good options nearby - Grand Ave. has lots of fine shops. Breadsmith and the cheese shop and the coffee shop by it were our favorites.Excellent sound insulation in the house. We really enjoyed the decor, especially the pictures. It was fun to find a few china items in the kitchen, which was well stocked with necessary items. Thanks for the treats, too!Highly recommend."

"I was unable to check in because the hotel cancelled all reservations for that weekend.I was informed that all refunds were issued and emails were sent out informing of cancellation. I did not receive an email informing me if the cancellation and I am still waiting for a refund. The host is not from the United States and they do not respond to emails. O top of everything else I noticed I was double charged for this booking as well. Very disappointed."
