"I found a roach in my bed when I want to sleep. Not only did the property manager not do anything to help he later kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police without a refund for two remaining nights for complaining about the roach!"

"I was denied a refund by the Hotel due to booking with Expedia. I had a change in my travel plans resulting in a shorter stay than booked. The Hotel advised they could not refund the unused/cancelled day since I booked through Expedia, even though I paid direct at the Hotel. This will be the last time I use Expedia, this is a very unfriendly Consumer practice. I may contact my Bank and dispute the charges. "

"Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"I can not say enough about how helpful the staff was at our arrival. We had been traveling all day and there was a misunderstanding regarding which room I had reserved. "Loved the area- so many great shops and restaurants! Very close to the hospital which was the reason we were there - from out of town. The room was setup very well and had everything we needed and a lot of space. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. I don't think I will stay there again."
