"What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey."

"The lady we encountered at check in was lovely. The room however was not great. There were missing tiles in the bathroom, wallpaper in the main area that had been ripped off and not replaced, black/dirty finger prints on the inside of the door, which didn't close tightly. You could lock it but still see light from outside. The plug in the tub didn't work so it filled as you showered. There was no hairdryer. A positive was the bed, it was comfortable."

"Breakfast was cold, and attendants were scarce to update when something ran out! Liked hotel and location! "

"Walls are very thin so you will be able to hear everything going on from other rooms. It is worse with adjoining rooms."

"Sooo much better than the other hotel I was at prior, which rhymes with bandman bignature lol. Everything works, it’s clean and comfortable, people are nice. "

"Loved our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to have a hot tub and look over the river. We picked this hotel due to its location. We loved the peacefulness and scenery. If we are ever in the area we will definitely be back. "

"Modern, clean, conveniently located hotel. Super efficient staff ans easy check in and out. Rooms modern and comfortable, and in pristine condition. Only drawback, as in 90% of hotels... loud A/C."
