"Lovely unit in a house right across the street from the beach in a cute neighborhood. Easy access to dining or you can cook in the apartment. We met the owner and he was very gracious, looking to make sure we had a great stay. He even bought us breakfast when we ran into him at Tim’s. I booked through VRBO and didn’t receive the check in information prior to our arrival. I called the host when we got there and they texted the information right away. I would absolutely recommend By the Beach....

"This was a nice unit. Clean and well equipped for what we needed. In a residential neighbourhood, a bit of a walk to the beach. It's not a huge town so driving to get what we needed wasn't a problem. We'd stay there again."

"Great space, great hosts! Sadly the massage chair was not working. This left only 3 seats for comfortable sitting. Owner did say they had another chair on order. We did a lot of driving every day in Gros Morne. Wanted to sit down and chill. Would stay here again! Hosts were quick to respond."

"We ended up leaving before sleeping. The road to the cabin was over 1km on gravel, we were 4 seniors on motorcycles and once we got there there was one king size bed with one single pull out. It did not meet our needs."
