"The probability is getting a little age, we have been going there, and they updated a few years ago, but it’s already showing age, I’m sure they have a lot of customers, however, I was very disappointed in the cost. They used to be a budget hotel now it’s a budget hotel without a budget pricing."

"Good for a quick stop in Beckley"

"Good location close to Sandstone and Grandview visitor centers"

"We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still...

"Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving."

"When we got to Comfort Inn they told us that they overbooked and that we could go to a "sister" hotel a few miles away. I am not sure how they could overbook when we booked 6 months ago. When we got to Holiday Lodge (the name of the "sister" hotel) and got to our room it smelled horribly of smoke. There was a dead bug caught in a cobweb near the ceiling and there were wads of hair stuck to the side of the shower. I was disgusted. I really feel like I should get a refund for that night."

"Breakfast and Aminites are good .. room is clean"

"That was very clean updated I had no problem with those. The tissues were not in the bathroom and I have an allergy so I needed dose. Otherwise everything on the property was very good and I would recommend a Howard johnsons to anyone traveling through Beckley"

"We were in newer room. It there were in the middle of a remodel and the rest of the hotel was in rough shape. Room was clean."

"The floor probably could have been swept a little better My husband found a marijuana gummy on the floor"

"kind of a dump, doors don’t shut properly. “breakfast” was packaged muffins, pool closed."

"The property was clean and convenient"

"Cost was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly."

"we got a room and someone else was in it. and it was pretty dirty :/"

"This facility was hard to find. The sign from the road was Smart Extended Stay - or something like that, but in front of the building are a bunch of U-hauls available for rent, so you can't really see the faciltity from the road. Don't go down the road to the back - the office is in the front building. Park in the front. The front desk person was very nice. Check in and out was easy. The room was fine, nothing to complain about. The room must have originally been 2 double beds (or queens)...
