"We had a wonderful experience at this Property on Lake Chetek for a family reunion. We had 21 guests ranging in age from 4-74 and everyone was comfortable in the 8 bedrooms. There is 1 king bedroom on the main level which is great for those that cannot do stairs.All of rooms were clean and I appreciated that there were no strong odors from cleaning products. "Our family absolutely loved this house and especially enjoyed the water and all of the extra toys included! There were 12 of us ranging in age from 5-67, and there was more than enough space for all. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We loved that we could sit in the lawn chairs and keep an eye on the kids while they were swimming, and the garage served as a wonderful game room to occupy the kids in the evenings. We would definitely rent here again!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Hygge Lodge! Very spacious communal areas for a large group, including young children. The kitchen is large and well-stocked and perfect for group meals. The location on the water is beautiful and the kayaks/paddleboards were used a ton. Absolutely recommend for a large group wanting to enjoy a relaxing lakeside vacation."

"Stayed here for an anniversary vacation, and enjoyed every minute. Home was clean, inviting and comfortable. Deck overlooking the water was a favorite place to sit. Hill to the dock was a little steeper than I thought from photos, but we made do. Fish cleaning station is a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful shower with great water pressure.(We all know we've stayed in places that was not the case.) Would highly recommend."

"This cabin was a great size for my family - wife and 2 teenage daughters. It is smaller, but again sized right for a family of 4 or 5 and our dog as well! Very clean and updated, nice fire pit, personal dock space and a hot tub for 4! Enjoyed our stay for sure."

"I can't tell you how much I would recommend this property. Cindi and can we're the best hosts. They live just down the street from the property and are available to help with anything that comes up but nothing negative came up on our trip. Just the opposite all positive and an absolutely lovely property. Thank you Cindi and Ken for the best time and we will definitely be coming back possibly this fall for the colors."

"Riverfront view was beautiful, outdoor area was well thought out. Cabin was very clean, furniture in good condition. Amenities did not match the listing description which was frustrating as I would have planned better had I known. DVD player and Xbox a nice addition for rainy nights. Listing wasn't clear that it was a porta potty and no shower source. Owner was very responsive via email, phone call and text. Place has great potential!!"
