"Great place to stay if you enjoy paying less money and still sleeping well. Inexpensive, clean, quiet, and ridiculously convenient—just a short two-block stroll to the downtown strip for shopping and restaurants (close enough to walk, far enough to avoid the noise). Only 2.5 miles down a local road to Butternut ski mountain, so you’ll be on the slopes before your coffee fully kicks in. CVS shares the same parking lot, which is perfect in case you forget toothpaste, sunscreen, or your dignity....

"The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. The hotel is a little bit quaint which I enjoy and why I go there. The only issue was the shower took a while for the water to heat up."

The room was exactly as portrayed in the registration photos, nicely decorated, personal climate controls, upgraded shampoo and soaps, snacks and extremely clean. The room was conveniently located several hundred feet from shopping and restaurants. There was considerable ample street parking close to the hotel. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nautical Nest and are looking forward to a return visit. Larry & Diane Katz"
