"Bathroom and kitchen surfaces as well as the refrigerator were very clean. Inside the cabinets however there were crumbs, food stains and dirty pots. Outside there was bird poop covering the Adirondack chairs. The bed downstairs was very comfortable. A few items could be updated - cutting board, throw rugs were stained and torn."

"The house was charming and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying the babbling creek behind the house. Very nicely decorated! Great location just outside of Hancock and convenient for us to a wedding nearby. Sunetra was very responsive and helpful with a few of our questions."

"I booked this property for a short getaway with some fiends and was very disappointed. The house and property have been very neglected and allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. I hadn't even made it inside before noticing my first issue, the deck has a soft spot with a rug on it, when I investigated further, I noticed the joist hangers were all rusted out along the door making the deck very spongey and unsafe. "I would give this property 100 stars if I could. We were so grateful when we arrived and found this house to be even better than we expected. It is super cute, extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.This home met every need, and more! It was pristine, had the most adorable decorations, and was very comfortable and cozy. It was also well cared for (it was not beat up like many other properties we have stayed in). We had plenty of towels, coffee pods, toilet...
