"We had an amazing stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The kids loved the waterslide and our room was spacious and clean. The elevator was slow and pointless for us to use, but the stairs were great."

"Had been advertised as having a hot tub but it did not. Pool closed for winter. Room was nice but was missing the tea and coffee which was unfortunate as I really wanted a coffee in the morning without having to go to the front desk. We did like there were cutlery and dishes and microwave and toaster oven. That was convenient and helpful. Staff were nice"

"Great staff!!! Clean rooms. Overall great experience"

"really enjoyed our stay the hotel was convenient to the highway coming home from Ontario nice room and easy parking."

"The stay was perfect, room much nicer than I expected and staff are lovely"

"Adequate hotel. Very clean, night manager is very nice to deal with. Requested extra blanket and received very quickly. Cons...1. Lady wandering around smoking in front of every no smoking sign on the walkway to our room (not really the hotels fault except that no one stopped them), 2. Pool is supposed to be open until 10:30 and it was but there were no lights on so I turned them on (if they wanted to have no lights when no one is in why don't they install movement sensor lights). After swim and...

"Great stay, clean rooms and friendly staff. We had a very nice stay.."

"Was a one night stop, for the price we paid it exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was included and was very good! Really happy with the room as well"

"Dingy dirty property. Worn out."

"The WiFi wouldn't work in our room. Would work in the lobby or in the corridor, but as soon as we went into the room, it would drop. The front desk clerk was very helpful and moved us to a different room, letting us check first that the WiFi was available in the new room. As it would connect, we did move, but the WiFi dropped all through our stay. If you need to work, as I did, you might find this frustrating, to say the least. Other than that, the hotel is fine if you're just pulling off the...

"My TV screen is broken. They won’t give me another TV or room, saying fully booked. But I see there are rooms online. Beds are sunken in the Center. Property is old looking. Jacuzzi not working. Used to be a nice place."

"Scott’s Inn and Suites is truly a hidden gem! Although the property is a little older, it appears to have been renovated and is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The three-bedroom suite was perfect for a trip with my mom and aunt, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The real standout, though, was the staff! They were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. Exceptional customer service can make all the difference,...

"Our stop was just an overnight stay to break up a long trip. We did not take advantage of many of the amenities. Overall, we had a comfortable night. A complimentary breakfast would have been a nice addition."

"When we checked in the bed was not clean there was hair in the bed, unfortunately. We complained to the front desk and we were given another room."
