Appartement Ližnjan

Prachtig appartement die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Erg lieve gastvrouw en gastheer die voor ons klaar stonden. Leuke dieren (kippen, honden en katten) en een mooie tuin daardoor ook leuk voor kinderen.

Alles perfekt!

Wir haben einfach eine Ferienwohnung gebucht - bekommen haben wir Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit! Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich und sauber. Vom Balkon hat man sogar Meerblick. Davor und Vera, sowie Sohn Gordon sind Gastgeber die sich Zeit nehmen und den ein oder anderen Unternehmungstipp in der Umgebung teilen. Der große gemütliche Garten sowie die Außenküche, die jeder Gast nutzen darf, laden zum Verweilen am Abend ein. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.Die Herzlichkeit mit der, die Vera, Davor und Gordon einen empfangen ist einfach unglaublich toll.Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und das komplette Anwesen lädt einfach zum anschalten ein.Wir haben uns noch nie so schnell so wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in Liznjan

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der FeWo von Vera & Davor. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns machen Tip für unseren Aufenthalt geben können. Die Verständigung in Deutsch ist überhaupt kein Problem. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem per Auto schnell in Medulin mit seinem riesigen touristischen Angebot. Zur nächstgelegenen Badestelle braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Min.. Zu Fuß ca. eine halbe Stunde. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen wollen.

Für alle, die eine Ferienwohnung ohne Massentourismus und mit freundlicher Betreuung vor Ort suchen

Wir haben für 14 Tage die FeWo Nr. 4 gebucht. Die Vermieter Vera & Davor wohnen mit im Haus, stehen ihren Gästen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und geben sich sehr viel Mühe, damit es ihren Gästen rundum gut geht. Wir wurden mit Begrüßungskaffee, frischen Eiern, regionalem Olivenöl, Bier vom Fass und Pfannkuchen mit Espresso zum Abschied rundherum verwöhnt. Unsere Kids haben sich mit den Haustieren angefreundet. Unser Highlight war dann der Segeltörn, den Davor mit uns einen ganzen Tag lang unternommen hat. Wir sagen noch einmal ganz herzlich DANKE - eure Gastfreundlichkeit ist Spitze!!! Da der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß etwas lang ist, haben wir uns in Medulin Fahrräder ausgeliehen (die werden dann sogar zur FeWo geliefert). Es hat uns viel Spaß gemacht, mit dem Mountainbike direkt am Meer die Küste von Liznjan entlang zu fahren und die naturbelassen Strände und versteckten Buchten zu genießen. Das Meer ist wunderbar klar; man kann locker bis in 4m Tiefe schauen und ausgiebig schnorcheln. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Vera & Davor in Liznjan sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Haus Wanida verbracht.Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Das Anwesen ist sehr groß ,gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage.Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und alle Wohnungen haben Meerblick.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die vier Profi- Tennisplätze und der Tennisclub gehören auch der Wohnanlage. Der Segelausflug mit unserem Vermieter Davor war das" Highlight" , vielen Dank nochmal. "Schiff-ahoi" Wir können einen Urlaub im Haus Wanida wirklich jedem vorbehaltslos weiter empfehlen, wenn wir wieder in Istrien sind, dann nur hier. Liebe Grüsse von Antonio Anita und Laura

Schöner Urlaub

Wir können uns unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen: die Beschreibung der FeWo passt, es war alles sauber und funktionstüchtig. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung und im Garten bei netten Gesprächen mit den anderen Gästen sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Sohn war mit Begeisterung beim Segelausflug mit dem Vermieter - (vielen Dank nochmal!) dabei, was auch uns viel Spaß machte. Der Ausblick ist gut, eine ruhige Lage, Badestrände sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Toller Urlaub im Haus Wanida in Liznjan

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Istrien im Haus Wanida erlebt. Das appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und voll funktionsfähig. Die Vermieter - Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Angaben im Inserat sind korrekt und wurden so vorgefunden. Wir können Ferien im Haus Wanida in Liznjan empfehlen.

True Istrian Hospitality

Sometimes it is people that make a place and the owners of this property are so welcoming. When we arrived during an extremely hot August afternoon we were invited to sit in the garden and given a glass of cold beer from the garden's beer bar which is truely marvellous. Davor explained it is it a serve yourself system and you just mark it on a board and settle up before you leave. Beer being 1 Euro a pint. The apartment is very spacious especially with teenage kids and the decor is a homage to pine furnishing, but everything is clean and works. We were on the top floor and had a view of the sea in the distance -local beach is a 10 min drive. There is also a well stocked mini supermarket in the village, the village pizzeria does some excellent inexpensive food. Davor also has tennis courts which you can use and if you follow the signs in the village that say "Tennis" it is a way of locating this apartment block initially. Unfortunately we did not play tennis as it was far too hot.There is a nice garden downstairs and big table where you can sit and chat with other guests in the evening or the owners themeselves Davor's english is pretty good. Examples of Davor and Vera's Istrian hospitality they called the rental car company as our air con was broken speaking with the agent and organised a replacement vehicle. Davor cooked an excellent bbq for my son's birthday on his great outside grillI - they also gave us lots of recommendations, maps and brochures of local sites if they had them. They do get a lot of repeat visitors from Germany and Italy and I was the first Irish visitor they have ever had. Although with a bar system like this I don't think I will be the last. I tried to persuade Davor that a pool would be far better option than building another tennis court but he wasn't having it. Thank you for making Istria special. June from Ireland

Een echte aanrader!

Wij, gezin van vier met twee tienerdochters, gaan dit jaar (2011) wederom naar Liznjan en dat is natuurlijk niet voor niets! De appartementen zijn erg ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gastvrouw Vera en gastheer Davor zijn bijzonder gastvrij en behulpzaam. BBQen, een biertje op de pof, een potje tennissen of misschien zelfs een zeiltochtje met Davor: FANTASTISCH! Het dorpje Liznjan is rustig, het drukke toerisme gaat hier nog lekker aan voorbij. Vanaf het balkon uitzicht over de boomgaarden naar zee waar het haventje op wandelafstand (20 min.) Wil je wel slenteren langs boulevard en winkeltjes ga dan naar Medulin (15 min. met de auto) of naar het centrum van Pula (30 min.) Kortom dit appartement is een echte aanrader!

Traumurlaub

Das Haus war, wie schon vorher beschrieben, wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist schön groß, gepflegt und idylisch ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, die Terasse ist sehr groß, hat einen super Ausblick und immer leckere Weintrauben im Angebot. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön(Pinienwald, einsame Buchten und kleine ruhige Ortschaft) aber nicht für allzu sportliche Autos geeignet (zu schönen Stränden muss man über Schotterpisten, aber mit normalen Autos funktioniert das sehr gut). Und nun zum Besten, die Vermieter sind ganz herzliche, liebe Menschen die dabei helfen den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen (danke nochmal) das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Kurz und Knapp nicht weiter suchen Haus Wanida kann man buchen. Wir wünschen allen so einen schönen Urlaub wie wir ihn im Haus Wanida hatten und auch ganz sicher wieder haben werden.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

wir haben schon viele Selbstversorgererienwohnungen bzw. -häuser in den Ferien bewohnt. Allerdings keine, die - für diesen Preis - so großzügig ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Ganz zu schweigen von dem riesigen Balkon, auf dem man Bälle veranstalten kann und gleichzeitig eine so atemberaubende Aussicht genießen kann! Einzig die Entfernungsangaben hinsichtlich des Strandes stimmen nur dann, wenn man die reine Luftlinie meint; abgesehen davon, dass der Audruck "Strand" ziemlich geschmeichelt ist. Aber keine Angst: Fragen Sie die Vermieter nach dem Strand am Pinienwald.
