"Hotel is walking distance to temple of heaven and subway. Breakfast is plentiful of choices. Free laundry is bonus. The beds we have though hard and bathroom is flooded due to how bath tub was installed, still a good hotel due to staff friendliness and customer service. "

Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience."
