"No problems at all with the room. Checking in and out directions are not clear. The phone number provided is not the number we had to call. We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"Place looks just as described, with a beautiful shower (not pictured). Host was very nice and communicated well. Location was nice and quiet. Only 15-20 minutes drive from all the activities in Baton Rouge. My husband and I rented it for an anniversary getaway weekend, and this was the perfect spot! "

"Great spot! We had a great time and it was nice that we were able to bring our dog. It rained the whole time but the whole slip is covered so we were able to sit out on the back of the boat and enjoy the storm. Inside is really cozy as well. We’ll definitely be back!"

"We were looking for a place central to BR, Hammond, and Donaldsonville and the Benton properties are perfect. Convenient to get to, but far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and cozy. "The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. "

"Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. The property owner, David, was great in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and communicating with us before, during, and after ou visit."
