"The room was in a great location to catch a 6:00 am flight. There were two issues the facility should look at: 1. The top sheet for the queen bed barely covered the top of the bed without going at all down the side; 2. the hand soap pump at the bathroom sink was way to the left, leaving one’s hands to drip on toiletries on the counter while reaching for it."

"The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a lot of neck pain. The room was nice and roomy but the sink was dirty with a bunch of dark gray debris that was smelly. The room had a very strong odor of spices that did not lighten up even with the balcony left open to air it out. Don’t stay here if you need...

"The room had a strange smell to it, all of the furniture was old and beat up, and there were tears and holes in the curtains. Also lots of random stains on the floor. The sheets were clean, but very rough. I bought a pre-packaged muffin from the lobby that was covered in mold when I opened it. "

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. "

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when flying out of Portland Airport. It is clean the restaurant bar is great and the staffn is helpful and friendly. They even upgrade my room if they can."

"Great, location, wonderful to have complementary travel pass for local tram, very live vibes at lobby, delicious breakfast with lot of choice. Only thing, we had to leave 7.10am on Sunday and thought we paid for buffet breakfast with our stay so atleast grab some to go breakfast as we came to know it doesn’t open till 7, I wish breakfast should be available by 6.30 am atleast to order and to go if they do not provide buffet on Sunday, and somehow it was never mentioned that in our booking so we...
