Nestled in the city centre and just a few minutes walk from Liverpool ONE, The Pall Mall Apartment is the ideal base to explore Liverpool. Boasting two double bedrooms and a super comfy sofa bed in the lounge, this stylish apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Whether you're planning a romantic retreat, a getaway with friends or a staycation with family, The Pall Mall Apartment will provide the perfect base for a memorable stay.
The Space:
The Pall Mall Apartment offers a refreshing ambience with windows in every bedroom and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area, providing views of the communal garden space and the neighbourhood. Blinds are also available to darken the atmosphere, ensuring a good nap any time of the day.
In the living room, you'll find a large wall-mounted TV, a glass coffee table, an olive-coloured sofa bed complemented by grey cushions, and a grey accent chair. The kitchen shares this space and features a breakfast bar with matching chairs, serving as your dining area. The sofa bed opens to a small double bed, which is ideal for children.
While you're surrounded by excellent restaurants for dining out, you can also whip up a hearty meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and more. You can even enjoy a freshly made cup of coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine either on the balcony or at the breakfast bar.
The bedrooms are both fitted with double beds and are beautifully furnished with modern designs such as bedside tables and lamps, clothes rack, and art frames.
The family bathroom is perfectly located adjacent to the two bedrooms and is fitted with a bath with an overhead shower, a WC, and a wash basin.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property is securely stored via a Keynest shop and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.
Other Things to Note:
The apartments are located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The Neighborhood:
The Pall Mall Apartment is in the quiet business area of the city centre and within easy walking distance of the city's best attractions! The famous 'Liver Building' and Liverpool Docks are just a 10-minute walk away. Stroll along the dock road and if you desire a drink with a view - stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront! For all your shopping needs, Liverpool ONE is also a 10-minute walk away.
Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!
If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
Getting Around:
The Pall Mall Apartment is very well connected to all the main stations. It is a 15-minute walk to Lime Street Station or 4 minutes to Liverpool Moorfields Station. Additionally, the Liverpool One Bus Station is only a ten-minute walk away.
Everything else in the city centre is within walking distance.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
