"Pros: Good location with great view, plenty of space. Warm hostess and responsive. Cons: Furnishings are not updated. Weak WiFi due to remote location. Coffee maker not working."

"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. "The house is very spacious.Tremendous view with patio/pool/hot tub to enjoy! Pickle ball court was fun.Bedrooms have mostly in-suite bathrooms. Kris Anne was responsive and a pleasure to work with. "

"This is truly a romantic getaway! The boat is very clean and cozy, the manager is very welcoming and caring, great communication. The neighborhood is worn down but part of the nature was very vibrate and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoyed that view."

"The home was perfectly accommodating for our family. I loved that it had everything I forgot to bring, especially the steamer for our clothes! :-)"

"The house was in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful. The one bed was very squeaky but is perfect for children. There were some minor issues (coffee maker wouldn't work and washer/dryer issues) but the host was very responsive to the problems. "
