"We loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door. The hotel room was quite large, with a kitchen area and plenty of space in the bathroom as well. Quiet and effective aircon, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value for money. They have a large two room bedroom on the second floor which was lovely. The neighbour roosters are very keen on waking everybody up though.. the...

"Comfortable studio apartment, well stocked kitchen and lovely view of the beach. Marvin was a great host- really responsive and on hand with anything we needed. Castara is lovely little town and the apartment was in an excellent location. We were unsure what to expect when booking but we had the perfect stay and would return again!"

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"My wife and I stayed at Chachalaca Villa for four nights following Carnival '25 and a few nights at Crown Point, Tobago. This place was exactly what we were hoping for: a quiet house situated in a beautiful part of Tobago for a proper cool-down following the chaos of Carnival. The views at the Villa are absolutely stunning; my wife and I spent as much time enjoying the mornings and sunsets on the veranda as we did other parts of Tobago. "The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"Very basic property a few kilometres from Scarborough - cheap but you get what you pay for!"

"I arrived around 10:00 AM, but since my check-in time was 4:00 PM, I was delighted to find that my sister was living literally next door. So, I was able to hang out with her until check-in time. The location was very quiet and convenient, a short distance from the city. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and I had a very enjoyable stay. I am looking forward to my next visit."

"We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children and the property allowed us all to have our own space, feel comfortable yet be connected. This is a beautiful property, we all enjoyed the pool and appreciated the AC as it was really hot in August. The living/cooking area is perfect for big families. The property manager Aunty Carol was a star and paid attention to every detail. We would definitely stay here again.
