"We were in the 6th floor and it was evident that there was an issue with the air conditioning. There were fans in the hallway. Our room AC was set on 65 which was that when we came in our room but the temperature in the room never went down past 74 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Only dealt with it because we only needed a room just to get through the night. Hopefully it gets fixed soon but to know there’s an AC issue as a whole and still book people in those rooms is a little absurd to...

"This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again!"

"We had neighbors next door who were babysitting for a group of kids. The kids ran up and down the hall all night. Finally at 2:30 am I heard what sounded like a really big bang. Like someone being thrown against the wall. Then a child started to scream. Finally I called the front desk. They called the other room and then things quieted down. Then at 6:30 someone started to weed eat or use a leaf blower outside the room. It was Sunday Morning!!! So for $200 I got approximately 4 hours of sleep....
