"We were lucky to stay at this wonderful hotel over Easter bank holiday weekend in a group of 6 We booked garden rooms - no 34 35 and 45 I was in room 35 and it was wonderful - big and spacious with fantastic views over looking the gardens . The staff are incredible Breakfast - couldnt fault it Dinner - we ate in the hotel all 3 nights and had great meals - very good choice on the menu Would recommend this hotel 10/10 from us ! "

"Good location, room clean and spacious and friendly, helpful staff. There would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the food. There was no variety and the bar menu needs updating. The “Daily Specials” board was the same every day and most lighter options were only available for lunch. "

"Staff (Breakfast) were great. Nothing too much trouble. Room (executive) was dark in decor but perfectly clean and bathrooms newly done. Bed very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the room. "

"Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better."

"I was visiting Guernsey to see my family and some friends and I had an extremely pleasant stay guest house situated at the sea front I had a lovely breakfast left at the door in the morning excellent customer service and lovely and hard working staff clean tidy and very beautiful room and comfortable bed plenty of tea and coffee supplies and any extra bits and pieces you need were available it was my first time travelling and exploring on my own and this was the perfect first time experience...

"A lovely hotel with great facilities. We had a Master Suite with it's own garden and private hotub, very luxurious. Be aware that the hotel is a popular event venue and at times the events and the kitchen noise can be intrusive, worth checking on arrival if any events are planned. The staff are very helpful and understanding around the noise issue. Food and Drink quality is superb. "
