We traveled to the area to participate in a 20 mile hiking challenge and really wanted a comfortable place to relax and recover in.This guest house was very clean, comfortable and accomodating. Also we loved the view and the many windows. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The owners are very dog friendly, which as a pet owner is a plus although we didn't travel with ours.

Yes. My dog loved this property. She did not want to leave. Beautiful setting, shade trees, small lake, geese, fish, turtles, a few squirrels kind neighbors. She was in heaven! Perfect cottage. Comfortable. Everything we could need. Felt far from town but only a few miles from a super Walmart. Near lakes, rivers, parks, multiple walking and biking trails. Idyllic.

Peaceful Lakeview Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage with views of the Lake. Perfect place for morning coffee overlooking a beautiful lake with ducks, Canadian geese, and one white swan. But the highlight was right before dusk we witnessed a Doe with her two little fawn making their way across the back of lot going up the hill! Love everything! Nina & Garrett

Fabulous place to stay

This cottage was clean, well equipped and in a beautiful setting. We had such a nice time there. Quiet, peaceful and gorgeously decorated. We felt very pampered. Will definitely stay there again.

We didn't want to leave

We loved this home and the beautiful area. It was very relaxing being away from the city yet still convenient to everything we needed. We had our 2 dogs with us and the house was great for them as well! We loved the open concept, the cleanliness, the comfy couch, the property with creek and small lake. We will definitely be back! The host communicated very well as needed and respected our privacy at the same time.

Long weekend trip.

The Guest house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed fishing in the lake and the quiet of the back yard when we were not out exploring all that Little Rock had to offer. Although the owners were next door, they respected our privacy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to unwind with pups

We were in town to hang out with our daughter and spend time in the Ouchita Forest. This place was perfect. Great location, comfortable and private. Plenty of room for our pups to play. We enjoyed the stay and plan on coming back.

Weekend getaway

I have stayed at many house rentals and this one by far is the one most representative of the photos provided by the owners. Very clean, cozy, excellent location, and the owners were very helpful yet allowed for our privacy and provided detailed instructions where the rental was and how to get in. Only small drawback is the owner requires mandatory purchase of insurance but this is probably necessary from past experience. It is not enough to deter me from a future stay!

Private Cottage

Great place to stay, especially with your pets. Geese on the pond and deer in the yard make it a very pleasurable place to stay! Very well appointed, private and quite close to shopping.
