The area was nice and quiet, which was really important since I was in Arkansas for a race. The price was reasonable, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was great, and having a washer was a huge plus for washing our clothes after the race. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay!
