"Le personnel était chaleureux et très accueillant. Nous avions réservé le Studio Plus avec le lit Murphy. Le studio était confortable, propre, bien équipé et moderne. La laundry room au 8e étage et la fitness room étaient très pratiques. C'est la 2e fois que je loge chez Placemakr lors de mes séjours à New York et je reviendrais sans hésiter."

"Great spot. The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. Management should install some hydraulic door closing devices to control that issue. Double glazing on the windows will...

"No realizan limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ni cambio de toallas que ya se encontraban bastante gastadas, el sistema de calefaccion a lass 4 de la mañana comienza a realizar muchos ruidos, y en el area donde nos toco hay una puerta de salida de emergencia para accesar y muy temprano la azotan muy frecuente, el personal muy amable y asistencia con el cuidado de maletas es genial, ubicacion centrica y segura"

"The room was clean. Just a few dents and dings on the walls. The price was great! The little kitchen was appreciated. Our room lacked a coffee maker, but there was an electric kettle. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and the subway. If you want to experience the east village, this is the place to stay!"

"Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. "
