Cozy 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located in the heart of Little Elm.

Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious, newly updated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat is perfect for families or groups; Ideal for long term stays or short getaways.

Start your day with coffee in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy board games and fun-filled nights or unwind with a movie in the cozy living room. With spacious turf back yard, relax and enjoy the fresh air as you read a book or watch the kids play or even grill on a Saturday afternoon.

The master also has a beautiful walk in closet with a separate tub and shower. Upstairs we have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Turf in the back yard, a grill and 2 free parking spots on property.

Need to work? A dedicated office with high-speed Wi-Fi and two desks ensures productivity. Whether relaxing or exploring, enjoy comfort and convenience just 20 minutes from Omni PGA Frisco!

NB. The property does have surveillance devices, including security cameras and a smart doorbell. These devices are located on the outside of the property(above the garage to monitor the front of the house and in the back yard-above the back door and on the left and right side of the house). These ensure our home isn't damaged and to clarify any damage disputes

The home is in a good location, but it is poorly stocked. Washer kinda works. Walls are dirty and toilet runs constantly. We could not find towels and the host finally responded to check in the dryer. The towels and cleaning rags were washed together. I stay in AirBB weekly, this was not up to par.

We had an amazing stay. The accommodation were very nice and the host was easy to communicate contact. Check in and out was a smooth process as well. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. I would book again in the future.

This home is located in a nice quite neighborhood and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The home was clean and welcoming. We had no issues with our stay. If we return to the area we will book this home again. Easy check-in and check-out

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect - close to attractions yet serene enough for a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great Home

We had a great stay in this home. Our group of 7 adults and one child were easily accommodated. All the couches were great, so we could comfortably hang out together. House is as described in a nice neighborhood, driveway parking for 2 cars. Located in a growing community with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy, great communication with host who were very quick to reply to my questions. Would stay again!

Bare min

We checked in late due to travel. We noticed devices in every room on the main floor. I sent a picture to the owner who stated they were either carbon monoxide or smoke detectors. This information did not feel accurate so upon review we noticed they were motion detectors. Having the owner provide false information about made me feel very uneasy. The house itself is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was lacking basic cooking supplies such as a cookie sheet and can opener. Very few mixing bowls etc. all of the other supplies such as soaps appeared to be a mix of whatever other guests had left

Great place to stay

This house was great for my family (me, my wife and 3 kids) we had plenty of bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out! It was in a very nice neighborhood and had easy access to lots of major roads for sightseeing and great grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious home!

Patrick was such an amazing host and the house is so big and beautiful the master bedroom was so nice and all the seating was great for our kids to hangout and talk the office with the desk came in handy and the grill outside was great! The kids loved the turf grass in the backyard quote “we can run barefoot” ha! Such an amazing time we had! Very close to Kroger, gas stations and fast food restaurants!
