"Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Bed was a little too firm for our liking but others might love that. Parking was a little hard to locate because it’s behind the hotel and you have to get on the other street Our only complaint was that we could smell sewer periodically over the 20 hours we stayed and maybe that’s just typical of San Jose Del Cabo. Outside of that, the hotel was A plus. "

Staff at the front desk are very kind and accommodating and polite, and speak Spanish and English. Nice restaurant attached is on the pricey side, but delicious food, and great ambience."
