"On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. "The Hotel was quite Olde Worlde dated in places but to be expected given the age of the place,nice comfy bed,clean room, bar area lovely and the outside bar and marquee was excellent,The staff really nice and friendly nothing too much trouble for them,we stayed 2 nights with breakfast very very good portions we struggled a little was very tasty too,we always managed to park behind in the small car park hopefully will return soon."

"I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights.
