"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice.
The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly.
We slept very well there and value is great.
We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!"

"Not fully renovated apartment in an old soviet-style building. Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one
single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com.
