"This is an extended stay. The hallways and elevator are filthy. The room had a terrible smell, although I think it was pretty clean--the smell coming from the air conditioner was a mix of what seemed like cigs and pooh.
The front desk staff was so nice that I did not complain. I only stayed one night, however, as my daughter was moving into a property in Chicago, our reason for travel, and she let me stay with her on what ould have been my second night. I just came back and got my stuff on...

"Ein großartiges Hotel, das ich meinen Kollegen, Freunden und meiner Familie wärmstens empfehlen kann. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Lage ist ideal. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend, und unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ruhig."

"I called the host about the thermostat not working and he said he would get in touch with somebody, never heard back from him and the problem was never solved. There were two window air conditioning units that I cleaned the filters myself as they were not very efficient."

"I chose this home because we were visiting Chicago and wanted a place outside Chicago with easy access to the Metra station (Joliet). We were very happy with our choice! The house was spotless and quite spacious. Safe and convenient location, many restaurants nearby. My husband enjoyed having large TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bed was comfy and i loved all the windows and sunlight. Would definitely book again if we're back in the area! "

"This was our second stay at this property. We loved it and had a pleasant experience both times. The host was so kind and accommodating. They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b."
