Be welcomed into the spacious, open-plan living area, where you can look forward to cooking up a storm in the amply equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, a coffee maker and wine fridge, ready to enjoy at the dining table for eight.

Tucked away in the quaint village of St. Cleer on the Bodmin Moor AONB in Cornwall, is this stunning four-bedroom, detached barn conversion, The Old Railway Yard.
Enjoying a fabulous location which offers the very best of the country and coast with a breath-taking interior, high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and contemporary furnishings.

When the weather is nice, why not enjoy a barbecue (space provided) and dine alfresco out on the patio in your private garden, which comes alive at night with outdoor lighting?
After a hearty dinner, choose from two well-appointed sitting areas to while away the evening, one with woodburning stove, Smart TV and SONOS bar and sound system; the other with beautiful, exposed stonework, Smart TV and easy access to the home’s bookshelf.
Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, in addition to a cloakroom and two storage cupboard for coats, shoes and bags.

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight at the close proximity of Silblyback Lake, where you can try your hand at excellent selection of watersports, including windsurfing, sailing and kayaking, all within the prime surroundings of Bodmin Moor!
Venture further into the Moor where you will find fantastic fishing opportunities at Temple Trout Fisheries, scenic cycling and walking trails where you can admire the sights of Hawks Tor, Leskernick Hill, and the Gold Diggings Quarry.

Bodmin Moor, an AONB, is a breath-taking area of seemingly endless countryside for walking, cycling and admiring the wonderful scenery, the Tamar Valley AONB is also easy to reach by car. For a wider range of amenities, head to the charming market town of Liskeard just two miles away, boasting its own museum. For a trip to the coast, the delightful seaside resort of Looe is 10 miles south, offering a fun day out with a whole host of activities from its amusement arcade to its glistening, sandy beach.

Scam?!

Please, please, please do not book this property and if you have get it changed before you are left stranded at 4pm confused not knowing whats happening with nowhere else to go! Luckily premier inn came to our rescue at 6pm that night after a very long day of travelling from 2am and a 6hour drive. Im confused more now at the fact that vrbo must not confirm with any hosts about bookings made on their site as if this was the case we would have known months ago that there was an issue with this house. Save yourself the stress and heart ache, book with a different company!
