"Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings."

"The TV was out from day one. He had said that it was due to weather, but we never had it at all the entire weekend we were there. The room was somewhat clean. There was some marks on the walls by the bed look like maybe from feet or furniture and the area where you would blow dye your hair that had the mirror for makeup had no electricity going to it so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or put makeup on in that area or comb my hair or anything he said since it was a holiday weekend he wasn’t going...

"Hotel staff was very good. The Indian owned hotels like to cut on various costs and it is for few a dollars, they will ruin the reputation of a franchise. Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. For milk I had to ask to fill the container. Just little things like this where there may be a difference of about 10-15 dollars but this is an...

"During the night right after we retired (around 12 or 12:30 pm) several individuals were on the sidewalk right next to our unit #101 Efficiency King. They were talking very loud (sometimes shouting) and had rap music playing loudly. (It sounded like they were in the next room of OUR suite! After listening to it for over an hour, we called the front desk to complain. It took 2 calls to the desk and over an hour before they were quiet. The breakfast was also very disappointing!"
