This welcoming 40m² studio is perfectly located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. Designed for comfort and practicality, it's an ideal base for exploring the area.

A comfortable double bed awaits, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The open-plan layout also includes a cozy sofa, as well as a sofa bed with topper (for use by up to two children only), a smart TV for your favorite shows, and a small table where you can enjoy meals or snacks. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a simple dinner at home.

The bathroom features a shower and is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

Speed WiFi is available throughout the studio, allowing you to stay connected or stream your favorite series in comfort. The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building, but please note there is no elevator.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A bright and cozy apartment in Lisbon, ideally located near the historic Alfama district. Guests can easily explore Castelo de São Jorge, Lisbon Cathedral (Sé), and the National Pantheon, as well as stroll along the winding, Fado-filled streets. Nearby attractions include Praça do Comércio, the Santa Luzia viewpoint, and the Feira da Ladra flea market. With cafés, traditional restaurants, and trams just steps away, it’s a perfect base for immersing yourself in Lisbon’s culture, history, and lively neighborhoods.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Lisboa Santa Apolónia (Linha da Azambuja / Linha de Cascais and other main lines), is just a 4–6‑minute walk from the property and also connects with the Santa Apolónia metro station (Blue Line).

Lisbon Airport (Aeroporto Humberto Delgado – LIS) is an approximately 10‑ to 15‑minute drive from the property, depending on traffic, and is easily reached by taxi, ride‑share or public transport (metro from the airport with connections to the Blue Line).

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
