"Room was clean, great location, easy check in. The only downside was that the walls are not very soundproof, could hear everything above and around the room, did wake me up a few times. "

"Wha a fabulous concept! A historic court converted into an aparthotel, right in downtown Linlithgow. Our unit was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and very well appointed, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The property is well located and there is free and secure parking on site. The breakfast basket was generous and much appreciated! For a town so close to Edinburgh, the rates are very reasonable. It took us less than 20 minutes to drive to the airport! Congratulations...

"No hangers in wardrobe. Friends who were staying have us some of theirs. Broken window blind lying on floor in room. Both these things reported right away . Asked for change of room but hotel full due to a coach party being in. Employee couldn’t repair blind as fitting broken. Used the throw blanket from bottom of bed to cover window . Disappointing. As blanket thin an outside lights shining in . "

"This place was within walking distance of the Kelpies. It was a lovely safe walk. Nicole was amazing at the front desk. Great to talk to. The room was perfect for our stay"

"Hotel was good, quiet location,modern facilities. Lift was not working and extractor in bathroom was very noisy. We had to turn off light in bathroom to use the facilities as it was too loud. Food and drink was very expensive, remote location means you have no choice"

"This is not what advertising. This is not 4star at all. Very very limited breakfast. Just basic things. Toiletries were inadequate. No toothpaste and other things. No house keeping service unless you are staying more than three nights (unbelievable). No room fridge, no hairdryer, no room extension in case you need to call reception. In bathroom, two different taps for hot and cold which is very hard to use. It should be 2 star hotel rating. Please don’t misled by the pictures and the good...

"Didn't know there was a pool. Had a bit of trouble ordering food at the bar but the manager fixed the issue in a satisfactory manner It is so convenient to rhe airport. Breakfast was great"

"We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there...

"This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "
