"The floor in the room was wet and it smelt. There was a cockroach on the bed. We arrived at 11pm. They said they had no more rooms but we could cancel and get a full refund. Still haven’t received the money. Expedia were useless, no help, no support. Just an AI bot talking in circles. From sitting in the lobby for half an hour looking for somewhere else to stay, my impression was that everyone staying there was a drunk teenager. Avoid this place"
