"Ich habe nur 3 Sterne jeweils gegeben, da ich sonst nicht hätte bewerten können. Leider hat sich der Gastgeber auf keine mail gemeldet und die hinterlegte Rufnummer funktioniert nicht. Am Abreisetag standen wir dann ohne Bleibe da. Auch Versuche von FeWo, den Gastgeber zu kontaktieren blieben erfolglos. Das Geld wurde zwar von FeWo noch am gleichen Tag zurückerstattet aber wir mußten nach einer neuen Unterkunft suchen. "

"Very disappointing check-in experience. We received no access code or clear self-check-in instructions before arrival and were left outside for almost an hour with our young child. We repeatedly called and messaged the property via WhatsApp, but received no response. Even Expedia tried to contact the property for us.
When someone finally answered, instead of apologising or helping calmly, he blamed me for not providing an exact arrival time and spoke to me in a very rude and confrontational...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön. Sie liegt zentral. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht der Realität. Wir wollten ursprünglich zu viert anreisen. Im Nachhinein waren wir fast froh, dass wir nur zu dritt anreisten, denn mit vier Personen wäre es Bettentechnisch sehr eng geworden. Wenn eine Wohnung angeboten wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es stellt sich dann heraus, dass das Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch als zweites Schlafzimmer geführt wird, dann sehe ich das als irreführend an....
