Haus Spiegel - Penthouse with roof terrace - Time out

A spacious penthouse on the top floor of our island home, featuring clean lines and an open loft-style atmosphere. High-quality materials and modern architecture create a relaxing retreat above the island’s rooftops, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

At the heart of the home is the open kitchen with a bar table, serving as a gathering spot for shared moments. Right next to it is the bright living and dining area with a large dining table and access to the rooftop terrace. From here, you can enjoy the view of the small lake or relax outside on the weather-resistant lounge furniture. In the west wing, a second living area offers additional space to unwind.

Three bedrooms, each accommodating two people, ensure plenty of privacy. The property is complemented by a cozy sleeping area in the attic with two additional sleeping spots, accessible via a staircase.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with an infrared sauna, a spacious walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

An elevator takes you directly to the apartment. A locked bicycle storage room is also available.
