Lakeside Getaway #3 near Canton Trade Days

Welcome to your spacious and peaceful lakeside retreat! Enjoy stunning water views, morning coffee on the back porch, starry nights, and the soothing sounds of nature. This cozy escape is perfect for couples, large families, or anyone needing to relax and recharge. Unplug, unwind, and soak in the beauty of lakeside living.

Perfect for weekend getaways, and conveniently located near First Monday Trade Days.

Please note the unit has beds for 11 people! Included in this total is the following:
- Bedroom #3 has a bed in a very large closet for use by larger parties.
- There is an open loft with a bunk bed at the top of the stairs .
- The Living Room has a pullout sofa that sleeps two.

Guest access
Instructions for check in and check out for Garden Valley Condo #3 will be messaged to you after the reservation is made. Check in time is between 3 pm and 5 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

Please note:
- There are two condos per building
- Occasionally the critters tip over the trash (please keep the trash inside until you check out)

I’m a review reader and then cross my fingers. We were very happy with this condo. It’s was super clean, lots of hot water, every bed was comfortable, plenty of towels nice decore, hangers etc. The parking”can” be a little tight because you have to share with the condo next to you, but it’s not dangerous and we didn’t see any exposed pipes or metal that would damage out vehicles. Safe quiet area. Kurg coffee machine! Big clean fridge and freezer. My room was a cute oversized closet and I was super impressed how comfortable the mattress was. I brought my own comforter bc it was going to be cold and with the blanket provided and my comforter it was perfect. We will definitely ask to stay again.

Our stay was amazing! We were on a girls trip to shop at Canton! This was the perfect spot for us to wind down and laugh for hours in the evenings! Would definitely stay again!

House was fine, mostly clean, very limited towels in the house. Liked that it had enough room for all of us. But pics were misleading. Driveway was a bit dangerous, not well lit, large holes, large pipe sticking up out of the ground. Just seemed like this was kinda forgotten property that is poorly maintained. Also made us afraid to walk around at all since we were told we would have police called on us if we didn’t stay in designated area

Oasis of comfort

This is an exceptional property with amazing views of the lake, beautifully appointed rooms, a well stocked kitchen for entertaining, and thoughtful design and the upkeep. We will definitely return here!

I heard this property may be for sale but viewing the lake would be greatly enhanced by tree trimming, landscaping and a more inviting porch. Inside there is an abundance of overhead lighting that needs dimmers while lacking bedside lamps. There is only one hand towel in each bathroom and no towels to dry dishes. The upstairs bath tub drains very slowly leaving standing water ankle deep while showering. The leather sofa is badly stained. no dish t

Exactly what we needed!

We were in town for my daughter’s equestrian show and this house was right down the road from the competition so the location was incredible! The house was so cozy and clean and a perfect fit for our needs!

Wonderful Condo!

The pictures did not do the property justice. It was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The condo is on the lake and golf course with an awesome view. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We recommend Lakeside getaway to stay. It is courteous and comfortable and we loved our stay.

Canton Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the view of the lake, and we had plenty of room for all of us. We also had use of the pool. Only complaint we had was that the entrance to get to the place is hard to find, and super narrow to get into through the crepe myrtles that are planted on either side. Otherwise, we loved it, and we would love to stay again.

Amazing condo with beautiful views

We were instantly impressed with this condo from the moment we stepped into the door! It was immaculately clean, spacious, and filled with all of the amenities we needed. It was right on a lake and on a golf course. Beautiful views. The pool was super nice. Short drive to downtown Lindale and Canton Trade Days. Communication with the owner was great as well. We will definitely stay at this condo if we visit the area again. 100% recommend!

Good time

Had a good time only thing was had a bad storm and water came inside of laundry room and bathroom. Used a couple of towels dried it up. Needed a big pot to cook with did not have. Made do with the two smaller ones that they had. All in all great accommodations
