"This was our first time using Avid. It was easy to find and parking was no problem. The young lady, Talia, I believe, that checked us in was just delightful and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Mixed feelings on breakfast. It was good, but limited. However, the coffee machine that ground and brewed fresh coffee was wonderful and was available 24/7. Overall, it was a comfortable stay"

"A laptop was stolen from my room. No one would look at the security cameras and I asked for a reimbursement from the hotel and they declined. I contacted the local police department and filed a report.
Because I booked the hotel room thru EXPEDIA there’s no recourse for me as a customer.
Don’t stay at this hotel and be very careful if you choose to use Expedia."

It's nice to have the option to enjoy breakfast and/or dinner there, as well as a cocktail if you choose, and the food and service were great! Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"It was nicer than I expected. It is a mid price hotel. Their housekeeping comes every three days unless you request sooner. I didn't mind. But on the day they came, it was obvious someone had gone through my things. The things I had sitting on a chair were knocked to the floor. The tip and the note were gone. The bed was not made. To be fair, I had my suitcase on the bed because the luggage rack wouldn't unfold. The bathtub felt slippery and sticky. The next day when I returned to my room, most...

"I really enjoyed the placement of the hotel and such! It was a really nice and fun hotel to where you also did not have to stay in your hotel room all the time if you wanted!! I love the way it was designed and the little designs and everything and had a hammock you could use! The only little thing was the WiFi is a spotty and the tv remote you really had to push down to even use it and the tv was slow."
