  • Suites by the Sea is perfectly located in mid-coast Maine, right across the street from Lincolnville Beach. Spend your day lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun, or searching for treasures like sea glass. Need a break from the beach? Head to Camden Hills State Park, just 4 miles away, for scenic hiking trails. Don’t miss the incredible panoramic views of Camden Harbor and the islands of Penobscot Bay from the top of Mount Battie—hike or drive to the summit!

    For shopping enthusiasts, the Maine Artisans’ shop is right below your suite, offering unique, handcrafted items made by local artists.

    Venture south to explore Camden and Rockland, where you’ll find more shops, restaurants, schooner and windjammer cruises, lighthouses, and museums. Heading north, visit the charming seaside town of Belfast for shopping, dining, a harbor walk, or a schooner ride. For a grand adventure, continue on to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to experience Maine’s iconic rocky coastline.

    After a day of exploring, return to your cozy suite and unwind. The studio features a queen-size bed, a full kitchen, an electric fireplace for added ambiance, and a private balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach and Penobscot Bay. Relax your muscles with a soak in the jetted tub and enjoy all the comforts of home.

    Notes:

    The suite is located on the second floor, up one flight of outdoor stairs (no elevator).

    We’re located on Route 1, so light sleepers may hear traffic noise. Running the AC, watching TV, or using the sound machine can help minimize it.

    A security camera monitors the entrance hallway serving four apartments.

    A car is essential to fully explore the area.

    Guests must sign a Renter’s Agreement, which will be emailed after booking. Door codes will not be released until the agreement is signed

Everything was just as described. This is the most well stocked place I've ever stayed in. There is a bit of traffic noise, but a sound machine is provided, plus you can just run the A\C fan to solve that problem. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here...so close to the beach and a very convenient seafood restaurant as well. Even with the traffic noise from Rte 1 it was so nice to sit on the private balcony and look out over the water.

The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked and if you forgot anything it was already there for you. It was very nice and comfortable for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our time very much. It was close to Camden and Belfast - both towns were lovely to visit for shopping and enjoying a meal at one of the restaurants.

Perfect room for a visit to Acadia, Bar Harbor, Belfast and Camden. Loved the view, the tub and all else! Would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our 3 day visit. The location was wonderful for Camden State Park which had excellent hiking and to Camden, Rockland & Boothbay Harbor.

A quick get away

It was just nice to get away and spend some time together. We were able to have amazing Lobster Roll and Clam Chowder and do some window shopping and enjoy Owl's Head Lighthouse

Relaxing Beach Getaway!

We stayed at this charming beach apartment and it was amazing! Steps away from the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. Walking distance to cute cafes and shops. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and has a cozy beach vibe. Our host provided us with all the necessary information that made our stay feel smooth and stress-free.We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

Anniversary Trip

We loved the apartment! The location was great. We were disappointed that the restaurant on the beach was closed, but that was not the fault of Suites by the Sea. We found plenty of other restaurants close by to enjoy.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was well planned and super clean, a very comfortable bed, great kitchen, and had everything we would need to have a great get-away! We've stayed at many VRBO's and this was by far the best with accommodating their guests! We will be back!

Excellent location across the street from the beach, and 10 minutes to Camden and 20 to Belfast. Street can be a bit busy but not a big deal.

Perfect location, no detail missed

This was the perfect location for my partner and I to explore the area. Every detail was thought of from beach towels, extra toiletries and local pamphlets. Good restaurants in walking distance. We would love to come back and will recommend Suites by the Sea to friends and family.
